I’m excited to bring you my full-body stretching and mobility routine, the HERO Warmup.

It’s a full body movement flow, working from head to toe, that’s gonna help free up your joints and prepare you for your workout or your day ahead.

It can also be used as a diagnostic tool to help you figure out which areas of the body need more attention with regards to mobility and strengthening.
