The HERO Foundation Series: Building The Basics

What are the foundational building blocks of a healthy, heroic lifestyle?

That’s exactly what this new HERO Foundation Series is about.

Essentially, it’s all about going back to basics. Looking at the habits and practices that form the groundwork of creating the life you want to live.

So if you’re someone who’s just starting out on this journey, you want to be a bit healthier, move a bit better or start living the life you want to live, and you’re not quite sure where to begin – this series is aimed at you.

To help you put some of the pieces of the puzzle together, and get moving towards where you want to be.

But even if you’ve been doing this for a while and you’re maybe a bit further down that path, you have an idea of what you’re doing, it’s still super important to go back to the basics. To prioritise them even.

As coach Carl Paoli of Freestyle Connection has said:

“No matter how advanced you are, the best way to improve is through the basics”.

In this first video, we’ll explore exactly why that’s the case, and we’ll also touch on some of the topics we’re gonna cover in the series moving forwards.
